I am a disabled person, requiring a cart to ride on. Several months ago, while while shopping, my "fully charged" cart suddenly died. An employee found me another "fully charged" cart to ride. As I continued to shop, this one also stopped and died. Another employee got me another one, which also ended up dying. It was all very unsettling, to say the least. I spoke with a floor manager, who said new ones were ordered. Needless to say, I started shopping at HEB, where the carts are always fully charged. But today, I needed things not available at HEB. I got a cart which was fully charged. Halfway thru my shopping, it suddenly went nearly dead, showing that it needed charging, like NOW ! Embarrassed, I asked an employee if she could please find me a cart that works. She did, and I completed my shopping. But I am reluctant to go back. (Again) This is ridiculous ! This should NOT be happening. It is stressful enough to be disabled. But to have to worry about whether the carts are working properly is not good. These carts showed fully charged, but dropped to empty without warning. Something needs to be done. Something should have been done. I am going back to HEB from now on. If I need something from Walmart, I'll send someone. I am but one person. I didn't ask to become disabled. Is there anyone in management who is more concerned about its customers than making a zillion dollars ? I live in a small town, where there is a large retired population. Does anyone hear what I am saying ? When will your customers become important again ?

Quick buys early in the morning, plus shop the clearance. Try not to spend more than 15 mins there, it a black hole for non motivated workers. Customer Service area is the biggest torn in the side. The manager Sabrina, runs her mouth, fast than she process a return. Its sad i know how and when is the best time to submit paperwork for vacation time, and which manager it process it fast.Soul sucking at its finest.

Don't go after 8:30 at night. Only 1 checker will be open. One time there were none and had to use self checkout for almost $200 in groceries.

Brenham Walmart was spectacular in the associates willing to help department! They also had what we were looking for.

If you visit this location on a Holiday, expect a full parking lot and shopping experience. Other than that, have a nice outing.
