I am delighted there is now an authorized Verizon Wireless dealer in Moon Township with competent, customer friendly staff. I recently bought my iXphone there and was surprised by the level of friendly customer service. Both Nicole and Savannah made my transition from an i7 to iXphone a painless event. I didn't want to leave my comfort zone in upgrading to a new phone, but their care and skill level made this an enjoyable learning experience. Nicole and Savannah exhibit the same degree of customer service after my purchase. When calling them a few days later, Nicole and Savannah didn't act like I was yesterday's newspaper. Keep up the great work.

I stopped in the store to upgrade my phone and was amazed at how clean and friendly the staff was. Matt was very helpful at helping me upgrade my new phone and my plan to unlimited data which actually lowered my monthly bill. It's not often you get that type of customer service that helps you save money as a consumer while buying the best product available. Definitely recommending this store to everyone I know!

The most professional salesmen I have met to date. Very educated on their products and customer service. Dom went above and beyond to help me find the perfect phone and work out a plan that caters to my financial level. Can not recommend a better store!

I recently visited this location to upgrade my phone.  John and Jimmy were amazingly friendly and helpful.  They got me exactly what I wanted with no pressure.  The process was quick and Jimmy and John explained everything to me... so no surprises.  I will certainly visit this store again for my future Verizon purchases!

I recently stopped into this store and was greeted by Matt. He was wonderful. Extremely knowlegable at helping me choose me new phone. He was thorough with answering all my questions.  The staff was very pleasant. I will definitely return to this store in the future!
