Came into the store today for an emergency replacement device. Tim greeted me as soon as I entered and proceeded to assist me without delay. Not only did Tim take care of my immediate need, he also made me aware of other offers available for my plan as well as cost effective savings. I truly appreciated his genuine nature and willingness to help me. The service I received exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning to this location to see Tim for all of my future wireless needs.

I came into my local Verizon store for some help with a switchback program after I transferred from AT&T and I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding customer service I received the moment I walked through the door. Steve went out of his way to help me and get me all straight with my return. I would highly recommend the store and Steve to anyone wishing to have great service and get extra information on how they can save money with Verizon.

Great service. Gentleman were very helpful. I had a few issues when I came in. Account problems that kept me from doing anything online. But everything was taken care of when I left. Plus they explained other things and products I didn't no about. Got a tablet with unlimited data for a promotion.  I will return to this store.

I was referred here from a friend and met with Steve. He was super busy training new sales staff and still managed to give us top notch service. We are really happy with the phones. They explained everything above our expectations and answered every question.

I came in looking for a charger and a battery.  I worked with Steve and he was awesome!  He was efficient and informative and helped me change my plan to ultimately save more money!  He also took the time to go on the internet and research my battery online.  Who doesn't love to save money and great customer service while in the process!  Awesome job Steve.  #VerizonFortMeade
