Great experience at this store! Staff was very helpful with our transition from another provider. They took care of all the leg work. Staff set my new phone up by transferring all my contacts and securing it in a protective covering. Staff also helped me set up my online account. Anytime I call with a question it is answered immediately. This is the only retailer I will use in the future.

This store is great! As with most everyone, having a dependable phone for work/life is essential. When I began having issues with my old phone, I knew it was time for an upgrade. The sales associates did a wonderful job explaining my options and the technology. Best of all, they helped me to get a great deal! I won't be going anywhere else in the future!

Came into Vestavia today to get my daughter her first phone. The rep was awesome. He adjusted our plan to accommodate the new line data usage. Very knowledgeable on all devices and a great chose in cases. This is our store now and will tell our friends and family to go there from now on. Thank you for a great experience!!

Jennifer has been my customer service rep at Verizon for several years. I am not a typical customer as I use a Windows phone instead of an Iphone or android but she knows what works best even for users like me. She even reminds me when I can save money on my plan or switch to a better plan. One time when I lost my phone she got me set up quickly with a temporary phone and helped me with the paperwork needed to get a new phone. I highly recommend her when you go to the Vestavia store.

Best customer service around! I will not go anywhere else. The reps are always attentive and treat you like they are working for you. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. If you are needing an upgrade or have questions about your account, they are always very helpful and professional. Two thumbs up!!
