This has probably been my best experience at Verizon wireless in Statesville. For some odd reason my phone froze up and stopped working. Being a nurse on call this was not good . As I walked into Verizon I was approached by a gentleman named ADAM BRIDGES. He instantly asked me was there anything he could assist me with. I explained the phone issues and he spent time trying to figure out what happened to the phone, finding out that this was an LG issue not a Verizon issue . Adam reassured me not to worry that he would make sure I had a phone that day by the time I left even if that meant loaning a phone until replacement came in if I decided to go the route. I decide to purchase a new phone and accessories. ADAM set up the phone for me and I was on my way , stress free. ADAM BRIDGES is very professional and makes a difference one customer at a time. This is why I have recommend to friends, family, co workers etc to visit Verizon wireless and ask to speak to ADAM BRIDGES, I will definitely be back to request him. Thank you ADAM BRIDGES,  you're the best :)

I was old school with the Flip phone.  It was hard for me to make the change to the Moto smart phone, but Adam talk me through it and has been just a call away for any help with it since.   Adam is a great people person and I'm super glad he is my Rep. With Verizon!  He didn't push me into the sale and made me feel comfortable with my new phone.  It's Awesome and takes Phenomenal pictures and Videos.

Literally Pulled me from a burning car!!!

Ok not literally, but I had the best experience I have ever had with any sales team in the world. The fine gentlemen at this establishment are of the utmost quality. See the difference with these fellas is they don't just sell you a phone and kick you out the door, I made an honest to god friend in this store. Adam Bridges went out of his way, well above and beyond the norm to ensure that I was excited and informed of what I was buying, how it would affect my plan, and he was even able to save me some money because of his sound advice. I will return to this store for any issues I encounter. This store is a must if you are looking for an honest deal or just any advice on your service.
