This place needs some work..... Some of the managers are NOT friendly. One in particular is younger, rude and could use some coatching on customer service! On the other hand there is one manager ( a blonde) who is ALWAYS very helpful and informative and is always my GO TO person if I even have to go in there. ( I honestly rather go to hobby lobby.) Also the way you have to exit the store is RIDICULOUS! You have to excuse yourself and squeeze through the people that are waiting to check out just to exit!! " Yes everyone look at me, the person who didn't buy anything because you don't have what I'm looking for. * Waves hand*" Last thing is they know how to trick you out of your money! Look at your receipts! Says the amount you paid but then under it says " return amount" and it's ALWAYS a few dollars cheaper, WITHOUT using coupons??? I litterly bought something went to my car to realize it was the incorrect thing, walked right back in to return it and they tried to give me less than what I JUST paid for it!?? How in the world does that work??? So I just took it and left I didn't feel like arguing.
