Customer service was great.  Angie was great and did a great job helping me with the issues on my phone.  The other Verizon store was not real helpful and really presses my wife and I to upgrade.  I felt we were impositioning them with our phone problems.

Go to lend me an ear, they can get you Verizon prepaid for cheaper and they're worse at lying. Company is trash.

WOW, I am so impressed with Antonio Jones. He deserve more than 5 stars. I have been in customer service for more than 25 years and a manager for 20 of those years. It is very hard to find GREAT employees and ANTONIO is. He goes beyond the job. He is personable, knowable but most of all he cares about the customer.  From the start he made me feel so comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and needed. I never felt pressured in any way. He took his time and answered All my questions. He is 1 of the best I have seen in this business. He is an asset to this company and they are lucky to have. While I was in the store there were several people that came in and wanted him to help them, and that is because he cares about the customer and makes them feel that he will make sure that they get taken care. So if you go into this location ask for Antonio and you will be very happy and taken care of.

I Nervously walked into the Verizon store to get my first smart phone.  It was Brock, who calmed my fears.   See, I didn't grow up on the younger generation of having smart phones.  As it was,  I felt luck enough to have figured out my flip phone.   Now my needs, were beginning  to exceed the capabilities of this type of phone.   From the start, Brock was great on taking care of my concerns and helping me get a phone that worked for me.  The whole time, he was extremely kind and respectful.  He has a way of putting you at ease, when you are nervous on getting your phone.  "Thank you" Brock, for all your guidance and compassion in working with me.  Rhonda Stuart
