Timothy Miller was so helpful to me for setting up a phone at Casey's Pond for a friend.  I live in Florida and could not come to store to establish an account. He assisted me in setting up an account and did everything he could to assist in completing the job.  He even delivered the device to my friend on his way home from work. You don't find young men like that very often..Competent, polite and helpful.  I highly recommend Verizon at Central Park Dr.  Ask for Tim.  He's terrific! Thank you Tim.

I was looking for a new plan and phone. I was told to call an 888 number instead of creating it in person. When I asked Tim to help me choose between phones, he told me to go home and do research. Isnt the point of workers being there to help you choose a phone!? Not going back.

Tim miller at your Verizon store in steamboat saved my day on the Sunday after thanksgiving.  He fixed my phone in a few seconds after I had been working on it for hours.  He was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable.   Thanks for the outstanding customer service!! I would give Tim a ten out of five stars!

I upgraded my samsung S7 for the Google Pixel XL, but it kept dropping calls at my house. Came back in 6 days later to exchange the phone for the Note8. I was worried it was going to be a huge hassle and a possible argument with the sales rep. I was completely wrong, Tim helped me out no questions asked.
