Took laptop in to have them reset Jetpack code. Girl said she didn't know how to do that, but she was assigned to do it. Asked if the information needed to be input into the printer as well. Jetpack is my only internet connection.  I was told to call Geek Squad. Apparently the people who had the store before were more knowledgeable as they were willing and able to do it all.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but my experience at this store was absolutely terrible. They mislead us twice regarding charges for products. My advice, if you have to work with them, is do not trust what they say. Instead read every word of every paper they give you before signing anything.

Vince and his manager Shawn went above and beyond to help me switch out some iPhones for a different color. Quick and efficient and even handled other customers in between that were waiting. Shawn even drove out to a different location to pick up the phones I needed because they were out of stock. I would go here everytime I needed something. The corporate stores would never give you that kind of customer service.

Ronnie Singh gave me the best deal ever on a phone and a tablet. He always gives good deals to his customers.  This place is phenominal. The workers are amazing and the service is the best. This place is the best place in  the area
