I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy getting screwed, paying quite a bit more than normal and being treated like the south end of a north bound moose.  They lie, connive and do everything to pad their pockets while screwing the customer.

The manager couldn't tell the truth if the truth would do more good.  And don't bother making a complaint to her regional manager.   He's just as bad.

Basically I was told they could not do anything for me and to bend over and take it.

I was able to correct less than half the issues the Verizon directly but still not to the point I was promised by Kim.  She lies!

I recommend this store to all Verizon customers. Russell & Tim are great. I switched phones recently. To one that had been given to me, my first smartphone. I needed data as well & had know idea how much for a month. I felt no pressure from the employees at Verizon: Russell Cellular to buy a new phone from them. On a fixed income, it's really nice to not feel pressured. These guys worked with me endlessly to resolve my phone & data issues. I had to go back 4 times. I bought a cheaper phone from another store & kept running out of data. They were friendly, certious, & helpful each time I went back. I do not have a contract. I am a long time prepay customer & did not expect this level of service. I am grateful & again recommend this store to all Verizon customers.

I don't really enjoy having to replace phones but I've had to do that a couple of times now. The staff here has always been very good to work with and I rarely feel that they are trying to sell me something I don't need. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you are a Verizon customer.

Right on top will go back took care of my needs and all of my questions , manners very good will visit them again 😀 when needed

They like to screw you over with "The device is free up front". Once you get a bill that is over $200 than expected you realize that it wasn't free. Think twice, and Kim as about as stupid as they come. Like seriously, she is as dumb as a Walmart associate.
