Wish i could score them 0. 1 is the lowest. My son was travelling from out of state and his phone stopped working. He went into this store for help. Sophia waited on him and told him the phone was not repairable. She did not tell him we carried the insurance policy on the phone and he would have been able to get a new one for FREE. Instead she sold him a new phone and locked him into a $650 charge. What a scam artist. We were able to get this corrected this morning after talking to Corporate Verizon Wireless. How pathetic to take advantage this way.

I would like to take a moment to state that Mrs. Holmes is the previous Manager of this store. Her terms of termination cannot be discussed, however we can tell you that she is not legally allowed on the property due to her actions and all previous negative reviews are due to Mrs.Holmes incompetence and lack of basic knowledge. Since then we have put this location under new management that is waiting to exceed your expectations! We have a full staff of friendly and caring reps that will take care of your every need. If I could give 0 stars I would. The people here are rude and shady. They tried convincing my husband he needed to pay more than retail price and when I told them they were wrong they told my husband not to allow his wife to handle his finances. We ended up leaving and ordering the phone through Verizon directly and got the CORRECT price.

They are on drugs there, they have know idea what they are doing, they suck the GM has no idea what's going on... They say anything to get u in a new phone anything to make a sale... Don't fall for it, it's all lies be careful don't go to this one if I could give it a 0 stars I would too... They have bad customer service.
