When asking for help I was immediately told no. At first I thought the employee was kidding then he continued to keep a straight face, right as I turned around to try to find help he started laughing and said he was kidding. This wasn’t the worse part however. When telling him I was searching for a gift for my boyfriend he immediately said never mind you have a boyfriend I can’t help then started laughing. Oh wait, it gets worse. When explaining what I was looking for, he interrupted me to ask if my hair was real then if he could pull one of my pig tails. Like are you kidding me?! Who speaks to customers in this manner. Completely rude and unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is from my past experiences that were exceptional. I came in today to buy a new iPad Pro and a few accessories with it. I asked an employee where they were because I already knew exactly what I wanted. I was instructed to go to the “apple table” and wait and someone would be right with me due to it having to retrieved by an employee. Waited by the table for about 15 minutes with no help and went to another employee and asked if they could help me. They stated that it “wasn’t their department” but they would get someone to help me. Walked in circles for the next 15 minutes around the table and no one came by to help me. (This all happened on a Monday morning so there was not many customers or employees running around and it was a slow pace). I had to go to work so I started to walk to the door and decided I didn’t want to sit around for another 30 minutes and also be late for work as well. Upon leaving an employee started coming towards me at an awkward angle really fast. He stopped me and asked if I needed anything and it was obvious he was checking out my waist and pockets. I have a conceal carry so there was a slight bulge on my waist by my pocket so it’s understandable, but honestly that whole experience just put a bad taste in my mouth. No one cares if I’m buying anything or they’re “too busy” but the second they think I’m stealing they’ll rush to “help me”.

I absolutely love the place! There was always someone asking me if I needed help or assistance with picking out a tablet for my kids.  I don't know what else to say I also hope that other people had great experiences like I did over there.

I have always liked this place.  They seem to care about only you at the moment that they are working with you.  I had the full attention of the sales person when I was looking for a computer, tv, and even just a small headphone and a tv antenna.  Ask for Ashley, she will make it happen!

Best Best Buy store I have ever been to. I ordered online to pick up at the wrong store. I went to this store and they found what I had bought online and for a cheaper price. They have special sales every Sunday. They are very friendly and will offer their assistance not just walk by you like some other stores. I will visit again. The one who squared me away was a lady in customer service. I wish I remembered her name. Super cool and nice to my kids
