Good morning. I came into the Verizon store to get help transferring my information from my old phone to my new. I had a young man named Pedro Jacobo  helping me and I just wanted to take the time to let you know how professional he was, how polite and courteous he was, and how extremely helpful he was. Pedro is definitely an asset to Verizon  wireless.

The sales person, Pedro, was very helpful and professional. The manager, Jose, also helped us. They were so friendly and professional. The best experience we have ever had in a Verizon store, and we have been with Verizon a long, long time. Great job Pedro and Jose. We really appreciated all of your help.

Pedro and jose were both informative and professional while helping me pre order my note 8. I'd  recommend this store to friends and family easily. If you're looking for a new store to handle your wireless needs you should check these guys out.

Pedro Jacobo at the Verizon store in Euless was extremely helpful.  He put the screen protector on my new Fitbit  Charge that I ordered from Verizon.  Excellent customer service!!!

I had a great experience with Spencer in getting a new phone, he was very professional and polite, i have been to other Verizon stores in the past but every time i come into the Euless location they blow me away with there customer service! Keep up the good work everyone!
