I had a big issue with my phone. Emily was patient and very knowledgeable. There was a eccentric customer ahead of me. She handled the disheveled woman perfectly! And then untangled my problem efficiently.

Had great service at the beginning....added company line to personal line....transaction went smooth. Was told I could upgrade personal phone to newer phone as they gave me for business, but were out at that time. Said check back next week. 4 weeks....3 visits.....and several calls later. ...still no phone. Finally asked why they couldn't just order one for me...said they could for a fee. I didn't mind paying the fee....but she wouldn't do it over the phone....had to come in store. Each trip to the store is a 2 - 2 1/2 hour ordeal for me ( distance-traffic-store is always busy) They've already wasted Hours & Hours of my TIME as it is.....Poor Management - Poor Customer Service. I will never step foot in that store again.
