We came in to update our plan and we received great service. They laid out all our options and we went home to think it through. Came back the next day and got everything squared away. No wait or hassle either visit. Great experience.

I had went in to buy a phone charger and the man working there talked me into upgrading my phone and my son's phone he said it was only going to cost me around $180. So I said ok that's fine, then he tells me they are doing some kind of promotion and we get free phone cases and chargers so ok that's great. Then he says I get to pick between a mobile hot spot or a device for my car for free I would only have to pay activation fee one time. So I picked the mobile hot spot and asked him 3 different times to make sure i wouldn't be charged every month and he says oh no, no monthly charges at all. So he proceeded with the upgrade showed me the paper work where it said I would be charges monthly for the device and I again ASK him why does it say that? He say no no I made sure you won't be charged. All is done I leave the store. I get home open my sons new iphone to set it up and guess what? Its a used phone with someone elses i tunes account on it, with pictures of their kids and all. I had to go back and fix that issue which was a pain. here we are 2 and a half weeks later and I get my bill and of course I see the activation fees and a monthly charge of $20 and a $9 protection plan for this mobile hot spot. Also there were upgrade fees for both phone which I didn't know about. They only thing he said I would pay were 3 activation fees and that was it. Well guess what there was a lot of extra fees and monthly charges. So I call the 1800 number explain to the rep what happened. She says miss I don't know why he told you that, there is always a monthly charge for that device so I say well he told me he added a credit so there would not be. Once again she says no there are no credits for this and you are under a 2 year contract with this. The only way to get it off the bill is go back to the store and let then know. So I go back to the store and the same man is working I explain what's going on and he keeps insisting that my bill has a credit and he did everything right. I keep saying no sir u did not Verizon's customer service told me I am being charged. He starts to get loud and seems very angry and say they don't know what the hell they are talking about and neither do you. We don't deal with them. I don't care what verizon 1800 told u we do things different in store. So again I say listen I am just telling you what is on my bill look at the bill. He wouldn't even look at my bill. So I said look take this back i don't want it. I told you I didn't want another charge and you said I wouldn't but I do. So just take it back. He said I am not taking nothing back and slammed the box and pushed it towards me and said if u want to take it back you pay the $75 dollar restock fee. So I said absolutely not I am not paying anything and u are going to take it back. Things were escalating, he was getting very loud with me as at this point I was getting loud back. I asked for a manager and to my surprise he said he was the manager. So I asked to speak to someone above him and he wouldn't give me a phone number, he gave me an email. As soon as I left I call 1800 again and thank God they handled it. I sent the device back to them and they took it off my account. Apparently they said this store is a franchise and not a verizon wireless so they don't have to follow the same policies as a normal verizon wireless store. Beware of stores like this one. I will never deal with this store again after the rude unprofessional service. This man lied to make a sale. As the 1800 rep said they make money off of sales and that is why they probably wouldn't take the device back and not charge. I was assured by 1800 this matter will be handled.

Great experience today purchasing a new phone. Nick was thorough, patient and very helpful. Best Verizon experience thus far!!!!

I had a great experience at this location. Nick and Peirce were outstanding and explained everything so easily. I will recommend this store to friends and family.
