Verizon is a criminal organization that extorted and coerced money from me and didn't provide the services I paid for. Then proceeded to throw my account into collections after I cancelled services and I never got the promised credit issued back to my account.  They lied to me and caused so much grief I can't even explain it all here it's too much to write.  They're an absolute horrible company!
