I've been a satisfied customer of The PC Works for many years. I've always been given excellent service each time. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They are very helpful in recommending solutions to my computer needs. I've never been disappointed with their service. I have referred several people to The PC Works over the years and will continue to do so.

After moving to Prescott, PC Works was able to set up my computer and equipment. Joshua was very knowledgeable and helpful and informed me that my equipment was very old and slow. In December Joshua helped me in selecting a new laptop and printer and promptly installed them. A couple weeks later I discovered that my printer did not copy. Joshua had ask if I needed to scan and fax and I said I did not need all of that stuff. So I am not happy about the printer and that it was not made clear to me that I was only getting a printer.

I have a gaming laptop that was running hot. I called PC Works to see if they could take a look at it without delay. I was invited to bring it right in. When I did I was immediately met by Josh who informed me of my options and told me he could look it right away. I left to run a few errands, and by the time I returned the needed work had been completed at a cost that I consider very reasonable. The computer has been working like new since the work was completed. I highly recommend PC Works for computer repairs, and commend Josh for his excellent customer service and computer repair knowledge and skill.

What a great experience! The technician showed up right away, knew exactly what to do and gave us useful advise! Very efficient. Would highly recommend this company and not hesitate, to use them again. Great job, Joshua!

Several months ago we bought a brand new PC and it never seemed to work right. We finally brought it into PC Works to be checked out. The staff was very great. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Within a few days they reset everything to the original specs and added new virus protection and new browsers that would be more secure. We are very happy with how the PC now works. Thanks for your help!
