Came in on a Saturday morning and Mike was absolutely awesome even with them being short staffed he was the only one there. He had excellent customer service skills, multi tasked very well and showed no frustration to the business of the morning. I was very impressed. Came back with my mom and asked for him directly. He is great this place needs to keep him happy 😉

Please please please be careful with this store. I tried out and returned a Galaxy S7 Edge the first week it came out (back in March 2016) and it's still showing unreturned on their system! I've called both the store and Verizon at least 20 times to resolve the issue. Supposedly some form never got filled out but I still don't see why I should have to suffer due to their stupidity. Might have to take legal actions to get this $750 issue resolved.
