Mostly dealt with Vera and Matt, the owners, but all staff are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Best experience I've had in years (retired USAF)! Vera and Matt went out of their way to ensure that everything was just right. They even stayed late to assist in setting up my new phone. Vera called in on her day off when I had a small issue. It was taken care of fast and courteous by the other staff. I highly recommend this Verizon store even over others nearby. The two times I was in the Fleming Island store I was treated like a number and by workers who seemed to hate their job. They lied about a product and weren't the friendliest  either. If you want great service even after your purchase, definitely go to the Green Cove Springs Verizon store!

Absolutely amazing customer service. If you have Verizon or are tired of your current carrier. Give them a call or stop by. I am so thankful a friend referred me here!

Awesome service! Vera was excellent! We have been to this store before under different owners and was not impressed. But the new owners are awesome, fast, and knowledgeable!! Great service, come check them out!!
