My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Garber Ford!!! Both our salesman Danny and finance manager Darren were great to work with and so laid back. They were realistic with numbers right off the bat and treated us so well. It is a positive experience to remember buying my dream car! Without a doubt we'll recommend Garber! My husband visited several Ford dealerships in Jacksonville but had to travel to Green Cove Springs for excellent customer service! The one thing that he ask all the other dealerships in Jacksonville was very simple, what was the "walk out the door price" on a 2017 Ford F150? Simple question, but he couldn't get an answer until he traveled a little to Green Cove Springs. He met Adam Hutchinson @ Garber Ford & it was history from there. Adam was "straight up" with my husband and answered all his questions. I must say when he called me to tell me baby I found my truck I was very happy. As the old saying goes "Happy Husband, Happy Wife which means a very happy life. Thank you Garber Ford for giving my husband what he wanted & for your Outstanding Customer Service!!

Buying my 2017 Ford Edge at Garber Ford was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Adam was knowledgeable and honest about what was the best car for my family, When it came time to do the deal, Darren was a Machine and plowed through the paperwork with ease and no pressure to buy things we didn’t need or want. Good customer service. I visited Garber Ford today, July 15, 2017 with my son. He was shopping for a new red Mustang. They had one on the website that was everything he wanted. When we inquired, they explained that the super low price online was in error, somebody had goofed, but they would honor the price if he bought today. I believe they were truthful as the price was really low. Well, there was some negotiation on a couple things, like any other auto purchase, but in the end, they honored the price, and then some. The process was extremely transparent, quick and easy. The dealer fee was low by comparison. I believe they were fair. I give them 5 stars and will definitely be back. I will also do them the favor of referral. not all auto dealers are the same, these guys are the best! It really is worth the drive. Ask for Mark, he will do right by you.

I took my 2014 Explorer for the "works" service, when I got home I always like to check under the hood just in case. what I noticed was the battery terminals were completely corroded. it may be understandable the dealer would charge to clean but I was not told, it was not even mentioned on the service slip. it actually stated the battery checked fine. very disappointed
