I'm normally not one to write bad reviews but my mother and I went in there today. There was one associate who was clearly not doing anything and intead of asking what we needed he just sat there and we had to wait for one of the employees to help another customer. Then when we were assisted the sales associate told us we either could pay 10 dollars to get a Sim card switched from an iPad or " figure it out ourselves" .. He changes his attitude as we went but very poor customer service! Get employees that aren't miserable and do their jobs!

This was my second time going to this store and both times they could not help me. It says it is retail store but it is more like a freedom store where they sell very little.

They were rude to a customer who had a reasonable problem while i was there and then instead of telling me i could get a free sim card for my Verizon phone they charged me.High pressure store stay away.
