The customer service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Miles and Anthony were so very friendly, also they were able to fix a problem that I've been having with my phone for weeks that no one else could help me with in minutes! So I definitely feel like they deserve these 5 stars.

I was having a really stressful day because I've had the run around since 10-4 to replace my daughter's phone that was malfunctioning and under warranty. After finally having the new device (nearly three weeks later because Vzw put the wrong address) the SIM card needed replacing. We came to this store per tech coaches orders and they technically couldn't do anything, but after everything I've been through they replaced my daughter's SIM card anyway. I really appreciate Miles' and Anthony's help when they didn't have to because they aren't a corporate location and and went above and beyond for us.

guys were most helpful!  I had serious bone fusion foot surgery and could not make the walk from parking lot , so I parked right at the front door and one of the guys went out, parked my car AND picked me up at the door.  They were very, very helpful!
