Best kept secret in Okemos. Never go to the grand river store, Tcc Verizon is fast and friendly!

I am a returning customer to this store. I have been shopping at this Verizon for a few years now. The service is well above expected. I came in for a simple phone upgrade and to reconfigure my plan. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and patient.  I cannot say enough for the staff at this location. I am THRILLED with my new phone LG G2 and LG tablet!

Went in right before Christmas and was surprised to find no lines, there were a few people in the store that they were helping but we didn't have to wait very long. The employees were very nice and friendly but not very knowledgeable about the specifications and differences of the phones being offered. I wanted to know the pros and cons of the Samsung galaxy S3 and the Droid Razr Maxx HD and they didn't have any constructive advice or suggestions. We ended up being in the store for over 2 hours because of verizon's customer service making a HUGE error on our account but that wasn't any of the employees fault it was Verizon's tech support and the person helping us in the store was very patient and apologetic. 

Overall a nice verizon store but I would do your research on phones before you go in to the store to purchase.
