BEST VERIZON STORE!!! Shaun & Mike are the BEST. Went in this morning to see about getting my iPhone 7 fixed. I left with a new iPhone 7 plus, HUM & a Tablet for less than what my insurance deductible was going to cost. Both men, & later a third (Mark) were wonderful. Shaun set up my HUM & even the mount I bought for my car. They talked me through the devices, answered all my questions & even carried on conversations while I was waiting for everything to be set up. We have been Verizon customers for 5+ years now & I have always received the best & quickest service at this location. They always send me on my way more in love with them than before.

I went to the Wireless Zone because I was having difficulty getting my new iPhone 7 set up.  My company ordered the phone online and the service was not through Wireless Zone, but the help I received was first class.  Mike Holepit greeted me with a smile, walked me through the process and took what was a stressful situation to me and solved it in no time.  I appreciate his efforts to help me with a situation that didn't really benefit him or his store's bottom line.  I also had the opportunity to listen to him assist two ladies before me while I was waiting.  He gave them the same great service and had them smiling as they left.  Great place if you need a phone or just need help.
