Best experience I've received at a Verizon location. Everything was done quickly. Jermaine was even able to save me money on my bill because I was on a very old plan. Never knew getting a new phone would save me money and be so easy. I even saved money for being a harbor point resident. Thank you so much. I will refer all of my friends and family.

I first met Jermaine via email, when he pro-actively reached out, offering a better plan that would save me money and get me an updated phone. After a few very polite and professional email exchanges I met him in person at the store. Jermaine was as professional and knowledgeable as could be. All the while, personable and funny making the experience very pleasant. He efficiently upgraded my phone and transferred all pertinent data/Information over to my new Galaxy S8+, (which is an amazing phone). To add to this experience, he even followed up with a call the following day to make sure everything was working well and that I was satisfied with the phone. I highly recommend Jermaine and the Verizon location on Canal St. In Stamford.

Diego and Jermaine are simply the best. Helped my son get set up with his new phone. A month later they gave me a great deal on a new phone for myself. They were even able to include a free case in the deal. I would recommend this location.

Best Verizon store in the area!! Diego provided me with great customer service! He was able to provided me with a plan that fit me and with the money I saved was also able to upgrade to a new phone. He was very knowledgeable When comparing phones. Deffentaly the best sales associate I've done business with!! Thanks Diego!

If you're looking for new cell service, new phones and accessories the place to go is Verizon at Harbor Point. The service is exceptional ask for Jermaine he'll take care of you... Providing exceptional service and great plans. Highly recommended!
