It's family friendly. The signage is great for finding your section/seat. The staff is courteous and helpful. There's a nice selection of food to please everyone ... including free refills of popcorn at certain vendors! I could barely get through the bag I bought, so no refill for me! 😀 Oh, and there's a happy hour at two vendors (Section 104 and 118, watch for the signs at the vendors) an hour before the game starts ... draft Bud Light and Shocktop. 🍺The photo is where my seats were located tonight.

This is a very nice facility. I was able to get a walk through this morning of the arena and was highly impressed by it. The detail that has gone into it is simply outstanding. The level of thought taken to do what they do was simply impressive. This arena hosts 4 teams and I'm amazed at how quickly they turn things around to fit each sport. This is my perspective from a 200-100 level seating which is worth the money you spend for the amenities. Much higher I may be inclined to reconsider things but from everything that I've seen it's a truly spectacular center.

Great arena with enthusiastic crowd. Seats way up top still had a clear view of the ice. Food and drink prices are what you would expect (high) for a sports arena. Plenty of decent food options and bathrooms with enough space to not feel super cramped.

I came here for a Wizards game and I must admit, I had a great time. I was able to get excellent seats for a reasonable price but I was surprised that the fans don't support the team as much as I expected. The arena is really nice and is located in the middle of the downtown area so, if you want to eat or do something before or after, its fairly easy because theres a lot to do in the area. Although its not the most modern nor up to date arena, its really clean and I would definitely return!!!

Go Caps! So easy to access and get out of. People that work there are super friendly and they have the BEST food concessionaires of ALL of the DC arenas. THE BEST.
