BEWARE!! I went in right after the New Year and waited 20 minutes in the store. No sales associate(s) were in the store. I could hear a voice from the back room but still nobody came out. My son and I left and as we got into our car we could see someone looking out the window at us. I went back the next day with my son to buy 2 new phones and give them another chance. We were greeted by an associate (not gonna use his name) told him  we wanted to buy 2 new phones.(iPhone 8’s) He looked up our account and said we needed to make a payment even though I had paid it online. He said no payment was showing up. I agreed to make a second payment, instantly when he swiped my card I got an alert for fraud from my account!! I called my bank and verified the account and transaction. The associate again tried to process my payment and for the second time I received a fraud alert!! I again called my bank to verify my account. My son then tried to use his card to make a payment and he immediately received a fraud alert on his phone!!! Another customer in the store was having the same issue with fraud alerts. While this was pending the associate went to the back to get 2 iPhone 8’s while we spoke with our banks. He came back with (1)iPhone 8 and (1iPhone 8 plus) saying he only had one of each. I asked if I would receive the iPhone 8 Plus for the iPhone 8 price and he said “no” He then said that the 2 phones were not 64gb that they were 250gb and more expensive! Needless to say we walked out as he said “have good day”. Terrible service! I called Verizon had both phones delivered the next day cheaper and excellent customer service!!!! I would never use this store again nor would I recommend it!! Gotta be a reason why 3 customers had fraud alerts!!!

Bruce was competent, courteous, and made purchasing my new phone as simple as possible! I HIGHLY recommend this location and working with Bruce Swanson. 5 stars for sure!
