Dropped my phone yesterday so I needed to go into Verizon and see what could be done. As it turns out I was already up for an upgrade so upgrade I did – right to the new iPhone X!!! I’ve only just started playing around on this phone but it’s honestly so cool! I love the face recognition technology!! So futuristic!

Verizon Ladera Ranch has helped me for years and as I add lines for my family it has always searched and got the best plan that fits me. The manager is the most professional as well as personally caring Verizon person I've ever worked with. Great customer service.

Hands down without a doubt the best Verizon store manager that I have ever met! Dan is his name and he the most clean cut, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and personal person. As a bonus he also happens to be a US Veteran. All my issues were handled quickly. The store is clean bright and stocked well with your Cell phone needs. Thank you to Ladera Ranch Verizon and especially Dan for fixing my problems and Thank you and God Bless you for your service Dan!

The new management is awesome! I walked into the store to pay my bill the other day. After paying the bill, store manager Dan has offered to quickly review my current plan to find any possible savings. I am very happy that he ended up saving me over $600 /year by switching over my 7 year old plan to a cheaper new plan that included 6 GB more data. I brought in my family the next day and ended up upgrading 2 of our phones, while still paying below what we were paying before Dan switched our plan. I don't usually spend time to write reviews but has decided to put in time to share my amazing customer service experience at this store.

Recently got a new phone through Verizon at this store. The gentleman who assisted me, Dan, was fantastic! My phone wasn't in stock when I first ordered it last week and Dan kept me in the loop until it arrived. When I stopped by today to pick it up, he immediately remembered who I was. He even helped put on my screen protector without me asking and took the time to walk me through registering for a Samsung promotion. He provided top notch service and even though I live closer to other Verizon stores,  this will be my location of choice!
