After a dramatic fall, my iPhone 5 screen is no longer cracked up! I found Sprint Store and contacted him through the number provided on the site. He was very polite on the phone, gave me a rough estimate, and allowed me time to think about it. I looked around for other places in the meantime, and could not find a cheaper price than the one he offered, so I  met him up today. He was quick, prompt, and efficient- no longer than 15 minutes! I would highly recommend him to fix your cracked phone!

Not the store I have a problem with, it's Sprint's policies. They don't allow the store employees to do the same things you can do online
