These guys are truly professional, knowledgeable, and phenomenal! If you want to see TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE in action, you need to check them out. Their approach is not about making a sale, or paying you lip service; Their approach is about finding out your needs and expectations, then exceeding them. If you want to experience the "WOW FACTOR" first hand, then you owe it to yourself to check them out. First Class Service from beginning to end. Lorenzo is a force to be reckoned with.

I was at verizon store at Safety harbor. I was helped by Kyle Garcia and he was very nice and proffesional. I consider him an asset to Verizon.

Kyle was great, he sold me a Galaxy S 8 showed great patience in teaching me how to use my new smartphone. Very happy!!! Go see him!!!

I always go to the Safety Harbor Verizon store because of their wonderful customer service, but this last visit went beyond my already high expectations for that store! The gentleman that worked with my daughter and I was simply amazing. Lorenzo listened to our needs (and my daughter's wants) and helped us accordingly. He was respectful, kind, and personable. He even made sure that the television program that was on in the store was okay for my child to see and hear. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and answered all my questions with a genuine smile. He is definitely knowledgeable about phones. He taught me so many things about my phone that I wasn't aware of. He went over my bill line by line and explained the charges. I really felt like I could trust him and he truly had my best interest at heart. Thank you so very much for helping me with my new phone and of course, my daughter is completely overjoyed with her upgrade:) I wish you all the best! You truly deserve it!
