Best place ever

I went with all my paper work, everything was in order, but I was met with an unfriendly  and rather poorly trained representative. She couldn't figure out how to register my camper and kept telling me it was wrong. The young man in the cubicle beside her helped her out apologised to us for her surly attitude and finished all our paperwork. Every time I go there I have had to deal with this nasty woman who needs training in people skills and also Vermont licensing and registration rules and regulations.

This place is a joke.  Slow as can be.  Doors had just opened on the day I tried to get in and the line was already 52 people deep.  Sad that you can't get in locally to get a license renewed in a timely fashion.

If you have an hour to spare, just go to Burlington's DMV instead. Even after you factor in travel time, you'll probably get your business done faster.

Walked in and was greeted by about 40 people staring at me.  Cubicles to the left.  Staring faces.  No signs or directions telling me where to go, and I had no idea what to do.  No thanks, I'll walk.
