Vergennes Vermont Sun Fitness Center
At Vermont Sun, we consider it our mission to enhance the quality of human life through physical fitness and sports. To this end, we endeavor to provide quality facilities, programs and instruction. We further strive to instill in those we serve an understanding of the value of physical fitness and sports to their lives.
At Vergennes Vermont Sun, we offer 4 recombinant bicycles, 5 Nordic Track elliptical machines, 3 Nordic Track treadmills, and a Concept 3 rowing machine. Along with 13 Spinning bikes, we have everything our members need to reach their cardiorespiratory goals.
For resistance training we offer top of the line Body Masters weight machines to allow training for all major muscle groups and range of motion, and we also have a complete sets of dumbbells to offer for our member who wishes to train with free weights.
Our two certified Personal Trainers Ron Dedrick and Whitney Troy-Vowell are always available at any time to offer tips, insight, advice, or to provide support for our members, if you have a question just ask!

$500 for 10 sessions
Half Hour Sessions:
$35/session
$165 for 5 sessions
$300 for 10 sessions
We also have a tanning booth, for those that want to add a little color to their complexion. Rates are as follows:
