Beware of the charges. Jim charged me $350 for a diagnosis of a furnace on a travel trailer that I won't know it's correct until I fix the problem my self. Charges for travel (hourly rate) and miles and two hour minimum. Normally that all gets charged and paid if the issue is fixed but not for a diagnosis only. Seems unreasonable to me. I couldn't imagine what it would cost for him to fix the issue it would probably be better to buy a whole new unit than repair.
