We stayed at the Peaks hotel last weekend and really enjoyed Versante.  At first glance the menu is American pizza and pasta but the difference is in the quality and the preparations.  We had a large group at our table and sampled nearly every appetizer on the menu.  They will all superb!  We followed that with a selection of pizzas that were truly amazing!  You can't go wrong.  The room was alive and lively but everyone including the locals and the out-of-town skiers were having a good time!  We enjoyed some great wines and a few of their signature cocktails and felt very well attended to!  We highly recommend Versante!

This place was great! We ate there last night and our server was Rachel, she was awesome!!! The food was great, very flavorful. The Yule Mule was so good, great take on the classic Mule. We will definitely come back here. Staff was nice and the atmosphere was nice as well. We got there early for dinner and by the time we left the place was full. So I would recommend making a reservation.

We asked for a table and were told it would only be about 10 minutes. Ten minutes later they'd given our table to another party and said we could sit at the bar. We let them know we wanted a table, and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Once we were finally seated, we waited for forever for out drinks and food. I ordered a simple whiskey sour and they botched it. The food is delicious, although we waited 30+ minutes for it. The redeeming factor was our waiter who replaced my drink and even comped it.

Delicious pizza. Cool decor. Service was a little hit or miss when we went and my Moscow mule cocktail was just ok and came with no trimmings (e.g. fruit wedge). But still a good visit overall. We'll be back. They do great live music some evenings.  p.s. they do gluten free pizza crust (by Against the Grain) and it was really good. We had the BBQ chicken pizza. Yum.

We went here last night. Heard good reviews and menu looked good. We had the brussel sprouts with bacon and balsamic glaze and calamari and both were delicious. The brussel sprouts had a great a crispy but not overcooked textured. Sometimes ths kind of brussel sprouts can be dry... But these were perfect. Our group shared for entrees. The burger which was my favorite. The smoked Gouda sauce and a good amount of thick cut bacon were such a great flavor combo. The chicken pesto parpadelle was the other favorite. It's a classic dish done right. Creamy sauce and well prepared chicken. The steak was so so lacked some flavor, though well cooked. The pizza was a bit of a disappointment. It was okay. To much cheese generic sauce. Crust got a little soggy. The waiter was a little distracted but nice. Overall, great experience.
