Customer service was excellent as usual so that is not my 2 star dilema. I am what I consider a frequent shopper of Versona (located at the mall of la) 
There was some items I liked but I didn't need a basket... and my excitement was gone as I pursued my chase for my versona norm...
 I'm used to eyeing beautiful unique finds from the moment I open the door to the cash register... so many that I have to put some up just to stay within reason as far a budget is concerned. Today was a different experience. As I walked into the store I noticed there were LOTS  of clothes of neutral tones with a few sprinkles of blues.. peaches.. pinks and what not... 
I DID NOT get that vibrant feel of energy that I love and look forward to when I visit. I looked forward to the infinite variety and brilliant finds. Today I left Verona within 5 minutes disappointed for the first time and I don't plan on returning any time soon. I guess I'll have to settle for charming Charlie at this point until something else comes with a better selection similar to the one that is lost.
