I have been to 9 sessions so far and i feel amazing!!! It's a lot of hard work but so worth it. You will leave dripping in sweat, but your spirits will be high!! I have another 4 weeks to go to reach my first goal, and i am looking forward to every session. Terrance and Mark are awesome trainers with amazing personalities. They really care and show an awesome amount of support and encouragement. If you are looking to make a change in your mind and body, this is the place to start!!

Vertical Image gave me the best push I could have. This is week 6 since I started and I am down 23lbs. My final weigh in is monday and I know I will finish this challenge with a BANG! The goal is to lose 25lbs. I haven't been this weight since 2015. They made the journey seem so easy and it was. Putting aside 30 mins 3 times a week can make a big difference. I am feeling good and confident. The participated in the 6am group training mostly. Working out in the morning made my day go by so much better. The energy I get is equivalent to a shot of expresso. Joining the challenge was the best thing I did. They will push you "never aggressive" past your limit.

Vertical image put an ad on fb stating free workout challenge. I sign up, get a call to cone visit them. I get there and all excited. The trainer tells me it's $499.00 to start. Well at this point I'm mad because you could've said that over the phone and I wouldn't have wasted my time going to visit.

Great place to push you past your limits. Very supportive environment. Just competed my 6 week challenge. Lost 25 lbs and counting. Time for round 2.
