We visited Vertical Jump on opening weekend.  The park is fantastic.  There are a wide variety of activities for kids of all ages to enjoy.  As a parent, I liked the fact everyone has their own trampoline in the jump section.  This seems to be safer since kids of different sizes can jump in close proximity to one another...without having to worry about being bounced around by a bigger kid.  The dodge ball courts, basketball section, and the soccer area are a lot of fun.  The new ninja warrior section is one of the attractions that sets this park apart from others.  Concession stand and arcade games are nice features.  Restrooms are clean an easily accessible.  I'd strongly recommend checking out this trampoline park.

What a HORRIBLE first experience!!!!! The lines were so slow it took over 40 minutes to get to the check in.  The blonde girl was so slow people were getting ANGRY! Management better get their stuff together! I’ll be posting YouTube videos of the lines and mad people. Then it got worse when the lockers credit card acceptor wouldn’t work, had to use cash. BE ADVISED that the locker cost 3$ so I put in a five, the kiosk said it couldn’t give change so it cost me 5$ because it would have cost me the rest of my time to have an employee help.  Needless to say the wait was torture to our six year old.
To sum it up, it’s not likely we will return.   All of the staff move at a snails pace. It’s high energy, if you want a good value for your money that is not the place.

Was fun once we got in. It took a lot more time then it should've to pay. Although line was probably 20 feet long it took us over an hour to pay. Half of the employees were standing around doing nothing ot talking while only 2 of them were checking people in most of the time. Planned on going for an hour but only had time to stay a half an hour because of taking so long to check in. Other customers were getting angry and impatient because of the wait which could have been prevented. There are plenty good activities and fun times, especially for children, but the staff was terrible. The staff was rude and very slow paced.

I only put 3 because my kids had fun, but the staff is so ungodly rude! They have high school kids running that place that are either to busy on the phone or just dont know what they are doing. An when I asked for the district manager number got nothing but the run around from the manager! My daughter asked for a pretzel and because this snobby high schooler didn't want to listen she gave her a pizza and said well I heard pizza so here. I kept my cool because again my kids day not mine! Then my 4yr old was kicked out the toddler area because he was to slow! So if anyone has a corporate number please let me know. The girls in these pictures were the ones with zero customer service skills and the other one on her phone was the one that implied my son was to slow to finish in the one toddler area.

Staff member extremely rude and disrespectful... Planned on celebrating my nephew's birthday there.  Called to ask questions and the lady was very defensive and argumentive - I'm not even sure why??  Will NEVER spend any money or time with this establishment!!
