I have been to this office 3 times with my brother and his dog in the last 3 months.  His dog has an ulcer in his eye.  The doctor seems very knowledgeable. They do numerous tests of the eye.  I was impressed by their testing. I'm giving them a 3 star because there are things that need attention. I called to ask about our appointment and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and only could leave a message.  I called 4 more times between 1- 5p and each time I could not reach a live person during office hours.  I left 4 messages and never received a return call.The office hours are 8a-5p daily, except Fridays. I did explain to the Doctor the phone issue. It has gotten better. The other issue that needs addressing is how long you have to wait.  Never running on time. I own my business and I learned the hard way by losing clients. I feel what people need to learn is,  All People are on a time schedule,  not just medical doctors. Life is busy for everyone.

Fantastic! I'm still new to the area and was nervous about finding a new eye vet. They came highly recommended to me by my primary vet and two well established dog professionals in the area. I couldn't be happier with my experience- the whole team is attentive, caring and thorough. I am so pleased with the vet and staff- wonderful experience overall.

This clinic is amazingly compassionate, professional and  thorough. Everyone I have spoken to here is prepared to answer any questions we have and is so understanding that this is stressful for the pet's family too. I really can't say enough good things about our experience here.  I am especially grateful to Julie who has patiently calmed our fears and anxiety about our little dog's painful eye ulcers.  Mimi is excellent too! They are happy to answer your questions, offer suggestions, set your mind at ease and even make you laugh (dogs are a little manipulative and know how to tug at your heart!).
We are just grateful Omaha has such a FIRST CLASS opthmology clinic for our furry friends.
