They were very kind and acted quickly when my cat was having difficulty breathing. They were also very considerate when I had to put my cat down a month later. They gave me all the time in the world to be with him before, during, and after his death. I truly appreciated that.

Had to take our 12 year old Emily there last Friday night.  She lost the use of her hind legs despite treatment with our regular vet. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to euthanize her. The staff was exceptionally professional and compassionate.  Dr Yaple examined her, provided additional treatment and testing options and then allowed us to make our decision.  It was only after the decision was made that cost was even discussed. The fee was reasonable and competitive with other facilities. The staff allowed us to take time with our girl and the entire process was calm and dignified. Today we received a lovely card signed with notes from the staff. I can't say enough good things about the hospital.

We are so thankful for VREC!  Unfortunately we have had to experience the  Emergency Clinic on several occasions.  The staff is always so friendly.  The doctors always take the time to speak with us directly after they have seen the dog and updates us daily in the event the dog has to stay there for any length of time. They always give us an estimate quote before performing any work which is great so you have some idea of the costs you are looking at.  On two separate occasions our dog sitters had to bring the dogs there because we were away and they worked with them and also calling us and keeping us up to date.  Our one Saint has Addison's so we are there every couple months to have her seen by Dr. Ferguson.  The staff  (Megan especially) are so wonderful, they see our name and always come out to see her just to say hi.   We have always been pleased with our services there.

They saved my dogs life ! Love this place! They were very compassionate with my dog. They were very caring towards both of us! After my dog got hit I carried her to another facility and clearly was dying and they denied services for her.  Not Veterinary and referral.  They got her stable and then talked to me . I would highly recommend this facility!

Wonderful facility with an amazing staff!  I brought my dog here with a traumatic head injury after a board fell on her head at home.  I did not think she was going to make it. The staff worked so hard to save her life...and that is exactly what they did.  Everyone, from the doctors to the therapists to the friendly staff at the front desk, was so kind, patient and caring and never hesitated to answer my many questions.  My dog would not be here today if it were not for each and every person at this facility and for that we will be forever grateful.  They treated my dog like their own and I had the utmost trust in them when I had to leave her there for testing and therapy over the following eight weeks.  They are skilled, knowledgeable and most of all caring and compassionate.
