Just left my puppy there for a routine surgery, they make you feel very comfortable knowing that your pet is in good hands. They have done surgery on my other dog and did a flawless job. I prefer to bring my pets here because I know that they are receiving the best care possible. Every staff member I have met has been extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Friendly efficient staff, very caring. From the Vets to the receptionists they make a special effort to individually examine and treat your pet and work with the pet's owner on a one-to-one basis. During the many visits I never felt hurried or rushed through the process and they have a sufficiently sized staff so that you don't have lengthy wait times to see a Vet. The Vets are I highly trained and experienced and a wide range of medical specialties. Our small dog had a damaged eye with an infection and they did an outstanding job of treating him over the past year. Highly recommend them, especially if your pet needs special attention to address a disease or injury problem.

We had to have our elderly dog put to sleep at VSEC. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely kind. The level of compassion from all staff made an extremely difficult day a little easier. This is a top-notch facility . We have had our cat treated here several times, as well , and we were very pleased with the level of care.

Do not go here!! First of all they don’t let you stay with your pet. The Drs seemed ok but the support staff was awful. We spent 4 hours here waiting for an ultrasound. And X-ray, 2 hours in were told they were really backed up for ultrasounds and would need to leave our dog if we wanted one. We declined and when we finally were checking out and they called for someone to bring us our dog (who is one of the sweetest golden retrievers ever) the girl on THE SPEAKERPHONE said she was the worst patient ever. Seriously? The receptionist tried to cover for her and say she must have been talking about someone else. 25 minutes later  I had to ask again where my dog was and hen they finally brought her out to me.

Dr. Chapman, Dr. Glickstein, and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful. They have taken such good care of our furry kids for so long now. They are truly a godsend.
