Greeted at the door with a very big welcome and handshake.  Excellent food and the best customer service i've ever seen.   Very friendly staff makes you feel like family.  Cozy place with a lot of choices on food and wine.  Will be returning soon.

I'm torn about not giving this place a great review, because my own meal was great, and the owner was a very warm, friendly fellow. But what I had was a special, not something you can normally get, and the rest of my party was underwhelmed. My tastes of their food confirmed that it was just decent, while mine was awesome. So I have to give a middle of the road review.

First timers! The takeaway: We liked it, food was good and tasty (doesn't wow you) and the hospitality is second to none. Portions are huge! Henry, the owner, is awesome! It's the epitome of how the service industry should be. He'd never seen us before but treated us like family. Will we go back? Absolutely! I would love to try a few more things on the menu ANNND just to see Henry again 😘👌

Delicious food.  Amazing service and just an incredible owner.  Comes out to talk to everyone and thank them for coming.  The lasagne is so good same with the risotto

Can't say enough good things about Via Roma. Felt like a classic Italian spot, the owner walking around greeting people, even waving to patrons as they left! Food was excellent Italian, I highly recommend the pizza. Atmosphere was friendly and cozy, will be back for more!
