All my experiences with this credit union has been nothing but negative. I applied for an auto loan two months ago and was denied because they wanted 12 months of on time payments on the accounts. I just called in to inquire about the holiday loan a few days ago they told me I needed to have an active checking account with at least $500 direct deposit. I still applied for the loan and was denied because they want to see 12 months payments on my account for the secured loan I took out 5 months the strange thing is I paid off the secured loan 2 months ago when I was denied the auto loan. I returned the call of John who told me this via voicemail and the call representative tells me she can’t transfer my call to no one else but John so I hung up and called back in and the new lady transferred my call to John anyway which he tells me that they need 12 on time payments on my secured loan I told him I don’t have a secured loan John then say he’s referring to a credit card I have. I have never heard a credit card be referred to as a loan NEVER! In fact when you call in the loan and credit card has different prompts. He then proceeds to tell me they need 12 payments on my credit card made and I just opened the account 5 months ago. So I said so the holiday loan isn’t
For new customers he said yes u can apply as a new customer if ur credit is ok the loan specialist last week told me all you need is a FICO score of 500. I know my credit score is much higher as I was just approved for an auto loan with another credit union within the past week!!!!! I never get valid information from these people and asking for a supervisor to call you back is just as terrible. I guess I don’t need a checking account opened like the first representative mentioned and they didn’t even bother to pull my credit score to deny me which my credit score was never the issue it was cause I only made 5 payments on a damn credit card. It’s obvious they pick and choose who they give their loans to. Luckily I opened membership with another credit union. This one sucks!!!!!!!

Have been a member for over 40 years and must say it has been a pleasure for all those years. House,car, personal loans, you name it , they were there. My CREDIT UNION.
