I have to first start by saying, my sister suffered a very unexpected illness that left her fighting for her life. So it was after 6 weeks at a Boston hospital that my sister was admitted to Vibra Hospital. Initially the staff, nurses and CNAs soon noticed that the family was very much involved in her care, so they soon included us in their treatment plan. My sister spent almost seven months at Vibra Hospital, with a few admissions to several area hospitals because of some set backs, but we always knew we needed her back at Vibra Hospital to continue their treatment. It is because of their teamwork from the pulmonary physicians, Respiratory Therapists, nurses, CNAs, physical and occupational therapists that my sister has finally been discharged from Vibra Hospital and progressing closer to a full recovery. Thank You for all your hard work. Sincerely Lilia

This place is the most aweful place I have ever seen, they are extremely neglectful, reckless, incompetent, they just about killed my mother on several occasions .She was oxygen dependent and many times they either had her on a empty oxygen tank when returned from a shower or rehab and one time in particular I came in her room right after she was brought in from a shower and they took her off the portable oxygen tank and forgot to put her back on the wall oxygen after her shower, they just put her in bed. Luckily I barely just came in the room in time because she was unresponsive going into respiratory failure as I found her off her oxygen again!! I ran down the hallway to the front desk screaming my mom needs help she's going into respiratory failure she is not on any oxygen, the nurse looked at me unsimpathetic and said I'll be there in a minute" so I ran back still screaming for someone to come help me and my mom but no one did! So I saved her life by tracing the oxygen tube to the wall and attached it myself and I held my mom until her oxygen went up . Needless to say I had her ambulanced out of there immediately because of their constant neglect on my mom. We filed complaint after complaint but the supervisors and managers and director, even the doctors absolutely did not care about our complaints. If you love your family steer very clear of vibra hospital do not send them there they absolutely will die there because they will kill them with their constant negligence. This place needs to be shut down!! To the doctors and nurses and staff God Does not sleep, you will get yours someday you reep what you sow. Those people are evil straight evil!!!!

They've changed names so many times but their reputation remains the same...poor. If you or a loved one end up here for rehab make sure you have an advocate. Procedures are done for the numbers ...not for the patients well being. My relative was on a ventilator, it was disconnected and on the floor when I arrived to visit. I had to connect it myself because the staff was no where to be found. My loved one has memory loss due to oxygen deprivation. You should have a feeling of trust when your loved one Is in a medical facility, not fear for their well being.

I was supposed to be in rehab two to three weeks at this facility. I ended up leaving in two and a half days, not because I was better but because I was scared for my life at this facility. The staff was was unresponsive to alarms on my ventilator, often took over a half hour to respond to call bells. In addition the nursing staff was with very few exceptions utterly incompetent. I believe that this facility should be shut down immediately. I have great concern for all of the patients there. I cannot recommend this place less. It is an absolute disgrace.
