First night I tried to order- The grill was off 30 mins early...what kitchen does that? Your hours are until 11 on Saturday then you are cooking until then. 

Second time I try- Girl on phone was very nice. The driver is nice. 
 - The food - not that great. It was okay tasting. I asked for extra onion and they literally cut off the end and put it on the burger. Ordered the mushroom one and there were hardly any mushrooms on it. Way too much lettuce. The cheese fries are nothing to write home about. The calzone that was ordered looked like it had chicken cutlets in it instead of chunked chicken. I ordered french onion soup. I got that and it was great but I also had chicken and carrots in it from the chicken soup they have. Sad as the team seems nice but that kitchen is failing hard.

Excellent food. Has been at the sane location over sixty years. My parents lived in the area my mom.would walk my two oldest sisters there. I know someone who would bring fifteen cents to get a soda in a glass 5' cents without

Fantastic pizza place, best in CT. I saw some of the poor reviews on here and I swear they must be talking about somewhere else! I am very tough on resteraunts and my fiance and I both agree hands down, best food ever! They are overly generous with meat and cheese portions, everything tastes fantastic, their sauces are delicious and they give you a choice of marinara or meat sauce. The meat sauce is like a bolganaise, and they don't give you a stingy portion, they give you 2 full cups!!

Vic's has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever ordered from. I ordered delivery and one of the meals was not made correctly. When I called the restaurant to inform them of the problem, I was told there was nothing they could do. They stated that they would not remake my food and would not refund my money. They stated that I ordered incorrectly, but I was specifically asked what toppings I wanted and I specially told them - the food was made incorrectly. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available to speak with. I asked for them to make me the food I ordered or refund my money and they refused multiple times. After 10 minutes on the phone the girl confirmed my order and said it would be delivered shortly. This was way too much of a hassle for a $6.99 meal and I will never order from this restaurant again. Manchester has many options with much better customer service.
