Service is great. Prices are good. Pizza is ok. Pizza is best when hot and fresh. Not the type of pizza to warm up at a later time. Slices are big. If eating right away, I would recommend.

ordered 5 items at 11:30am, told them i will pick up and they said 15 minutes. i got there at 12:00 and then had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Cashier apparently forgot to print the food slip for the cooks to make the food. No apologies at all. We work in East Hartford and order out 2-3 times every week, this is not okay. Better process in the restaurant would go a long way to retain customers.

I ordered some baked ziti, a sandwich and cheese fries. The sandwich was pretty good (peppers, eggs and cheese) but there wasn't much cheese in there. The salad that came with the ziti was really good. It came with peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and pitted olives. The cheese fries were pretty awful. There was a tiny bit of mozzarella cheese on top of some very soggy french fries. Finally, the baked ziti... There was plenty of it, a huge portion. It had ricotta cheese and was baked with a generous amount of mozzarella (they could have moved some of that over to the cheese fries) The problem here is that someone grabbed a salt shaker and forgot to stop pouring. The ziti was so salty that I couldn't eat more than 3 bites. To make it worse, the ziti was overcooked and the pasta fell apart whenever I put a fork in it. The delivery (I placed the order at 7:30 on a Monday night) took an hour and 20 minutes to reach me... In their defense, it did say it would be an hour to an hour 30 for delivery, so they did hit the delivery time frame.
