Wife liked her clothes but only one fit. It’s a risk buying from them unless you know that it will fit you. They don’t send you a return label and on top of that you can’t even get a refund. They only offer store credit. Return shipping for us cost $18. And now with the store credit we have to take the risk of buying something else that doesn’t fit. We so many online retailers offering similar prices and return shipping it would be wise to take your business elsewhere. They claim they offer 20% off to help off set return shipping but it’s pretty easy to mark your items up 20% and just offer 20% off.  Probably should have just donated the unwanted clothes to charity.

I personally love this store and I shop online with them frequently. I recently placed a huge order and unfortunately the package was stolen from my apartment entrance before I got home. I was really upset because I had ordered really cute items for the holidays! I emailed their customer care just to see if they had any policy for similar issues, and they responded almost immediately and offered me the exact amount of store credit as the amount i had paid. Did not expect that!! Great customer service!

Loved the manager Gael as well as Gabriella whose attitudes were friendly but a sharp contrast to the rest of the associates working Saturday the 23rd in W.C. location. Much prefer the  NewPort Beach staff whose customer service has consistently been above par. Hats off to all the Vici ladies, I love this brand regardless of the most recent experience to W.C. locale.

UPDATE: I am updating this review from 1 star to 3 stars. I’ve been in touch with Vici’s Customer Service, and they rectified the situation by offering me a refund.

I’m pretty upset with my online purchase. I paid $88 for a dress so thin I can see through it. I was so excited when I saw the maxi Diana Dress online, but what i just received in the mail is a high priced Forever 21 dress. Now I’m stuck with a choice between keeping it or paying to send it back for only store credit. Store credit doesn’t do me any good if I don’t want to continue purchasing low quality items. Don’t be deceived! Do not order from this store!

As others have said, the quality of the clothing is horrible.  They do have some very cute, trendy items, and initially I was very pleased considering the 20% off code and quick shipping.  But after washing the items only once, the colors have faded, the tops are shrunken and misshapen, and the buttons have fallen off.  The sweater ordered has a chemical smell that will not wash out.  At the price point I expected more quality, however as others mentioned, Forever21 clothing seems to hold up better.  Probably won't be shopping here again.
