When I went into tilly's, i waited in line and asked to see the price on one of the backpacks hanging behind the registers(it was the last one).  As the employee was looking for the tag, another employee and customer walked up besides me.  the customer said, "Can I put that bag on hold" and pointed to the bag my employee was looking at.  The other employee grabbed the bag off the shelf and gave it to the other customer and said, "she was here in line first"...when I WAS THERE IN LINE FIRST AND ASKED ABOUT THE BAG FIRST! SO DON'T COUNT ON GETTING MY SERVICE ANYMORE!
