We have lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this one has been very enjoyable thus far. The office staff and maintenance have been incredibly helpful. Yes, certain units are a bit older, and that is my only critique as this may cause minor inconveniences. But every single one of our maintenance request and other issues have been taken care of right away, and we really appreciate that. Plus the lake and its wildlife is very enjoyable to see. 

So far we are very happy here!

They falsely advertise they list the prices and amenities low on their website and when you go in for a tour they change it and say it was a mistake a total waste of time looking here and total shady business. Also overpriced

Resident of 3 years.  It's great if you live on the lake, but it's an old complex with some lipstick slapped on it. The new corporate management isn't great and added a few extra costs that aren't anything close to beneficial (Valet Waste is a downright scam at $25/month.)  

The buildings are decent, but shown their age in places. 

It's a good place to live, but fairly expensive and not run particularly well.

If you're looking for non-existent water pressure, cracks in your ceiling and tears in the vinyl flooring, and a treadmill that's been broken for months with an "out of order" sign on it, look no further. I also have to second what another reviewer said- the internet is horrible and goes out constantly. Just due to internet alone, we won't be renewing our lease. But the broken treadmill, the tears in the floor, old carpet, and cracked ceiling don't help. 

Also at night, the water from the bathroom sinks smells like rotten eggs. There's obviously a sewer issue that is not being addressed. 

The one thing that I do like is the price. Compared to other apartments in the area, it's very reasonable. But remember, you're probably paying less because you're getting less.
