Great experience. Had what I thought was a diamond in danger of escaping its prongs. Was no more than a shift in one of the prongs.  Took it to back, straightened it out and assured me it was safe. Honest, fair, and didnt even charge me. Be wary of any negative reviews about this place. Consider their source.

This place is paying 47.5% of spot price on Gold Scrap. That is the lowest offered price out of 6 calls in the MB area and they should remove the we pay the highest prices in the area off their website. Gold is $26.49 per Pennyweight today for 10 Karat and I was quoted $12.50 per Pennyweight for 10 Karat You do the math.. Shop around as my findings were better off with a Pawn Shop.

I am completely taken back by Don Bells review! I have dealt with Vicki Lyn Michael's for over 15 years for my jewelry needs. I have also sold scrap gold to them after checking with many buyers and was paid by far the highest fair amount offered. I have to assume this was a misunderstanding or merely a misrepresentation of the facts. Clearly the other reviews reflect the true quality and integrity of VLM Jewelers. His review tends to smack of a personal agenda to smear a reputable business in Myrtle Beach, noticing he lives in ILLINOIS...

When you think of local family owned and operated business this place is it!.. I came here looking for an engagement ring clueless about jewellery. Only thing i knew was the size and shape of the diamond i wanted. They made feel like family from the very first moment I walked through the door. Not only did they guid me in creating the perfect custome ring for my now wife, they took the time and educated me to become a informed consumer.

Top notch!  They hold themselves to a very high standard of workmanship. They go above and beyond the average with their customer service and I highly recommend this jeweler for all your needs.
