Beautifully quint cozy house that lends itself to be a very good bed and breakfast. Plenty of private parking in the back and also street parking in the front. I have not stayed her but I can imagine it's quite comfortable. The house is beautiful situated on a hill surrounded by old colorful trees and a few other interesting old houses. Very convenient to many local tourist venues of Miami Valley.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. I felt comfortable and safe. We had a hot tub and pool table in our room. I enjoyed looking at all the antiques throughout the house. The owners down to earth and friendly.

Excellent accommodation, excellent hosts. Clean, quaint, quiet. Love this place! Already booked for next year. Can't wait.
